• Source qualified candidates across various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Maintain and clean the candidate database to ensure accurate talent tracking.
• Manage initial candidate communication and build strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve funnel efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience as a Researcher or Sourcer.
• Deep knowledge of modern sourcing tools and platforms.
• Proven track record in market research and data analysis.
• English proficiency: B1 level or higher required.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
