What you will do

• Build and implement sourcing strategies for tech roles, focusing on software engineers
• Find and engage active and passive candidates using various channels and search techniques
• Support candidate screening by reviewing CVs and identifying relevant technical profiles
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts using data and market insights
• Manage and engage talent pools through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Learn and apply modern sourcing and recruiting methods

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or related field
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
