What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and advertising to interviewing and salary negotiation.
  • Partner consultatively with Hiring Managers to align on requirements and drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Manage a positive and professional candidate experience while maintaining Applicant Tracking System integrity.
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies and engage with universities and professional networks to broaden the talent pool.
  • Promote the company employer brand through social media and digital channels.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs while implementing industry recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a 360° Recruiter managing diverse job families.
  • Native level Dutch and excellent written/spoken English and French proficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult Hiring Managers effectively.
  • Proven track record in innovative sourcing and utilizing various digital recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work professionally in a cross-cultural environment across different countries and languages.
  • High level of digital literacy and aptitude for learning new recruitment systems and technologies.
