What you will do

• Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to ensure sustainable local growth.
• Identify, recruit, and activate partners to build a scalable partner-led sales channel.
• Represent the company as the primary face in local events, networks, and stakeholder meetings.
• Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
• Collaborate with global teams including Product, Marketing, and Leadership for operational alignment.
• Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and local process definition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles within B2B SaaS.
• Native or fluent Arabic proficiency and professional English skills.
• Proven track record of successful market entry or building business units from the ground up.
• Strong experience in partnership or channel-led sales models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality for new business opportunities.
• Ability to bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
