TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (EdTech): Recruiting and enabling new and existing partners to sell hirify.global's all-in-one education platform with an accent on territory analysis, partner onboarding, and joint business planning. Focus on developing relationships with key decision makers, driving sales pipeline with partners, and guiding integration processes.

Location: Remote from Europe, or hybrid (2 days in-office) if near an office location within Europe.

What you will do

  • Analyze territories and plan to identify potential EdTech partners.
  • Build and outreach to lists of potential partners via calls, social media, and emails.
  • Engage, activate, and enable new partners with sales and marketing tools and programs.
  • Initiate Partner Onboarding and Enablement Programs with each engaged partner.
  • Collaborate with partners to generate sales pipeline on existing customers and through lead generation campaigns.
  • Guide partners through the integration process of hirify.global solutions and document interactions in a corporate CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of channel sales, partner account manager, or channel development experience in the software industry.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with understanding of EdTech market and SaaS business model.
  • Fluent English and Native Arabic.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, persistent in follow-up, and a flexible team player.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HubSpot.
