What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, engaging prospects through creative outreach and meaningful conversations.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Build detailed market insights and strategic plans through research and performance tracking.
- Foster strong, growth-oriented relationships across internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to maximize ROI from campaigns and activities.
- Represent hirify.global with energy and professionalism, becoming a trusted first point of contact for prospects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Demonstrable strength in English communication — both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
Nice to have
- Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
- Experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales or marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills considered a plus.
