TL;DR

Enterprise Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving growth in the Middle East by creating relationships with potential customers and shaping sales success in the region. Focus on inbound and outbound opportunities, conducting discovery sessions, and collaborating with marketing for campaign ROI.

Location: Hybrid (three days a week in Dubai office)

Salary: Competitive salary and performance-based commission structure (paid in AED).

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities for the Middle East region through creative outreach.
  • Lead engaging discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their challenges and position solutions effectively.
  • Build detailed market insights and strategic plans by conducting research and tracking performance metrics.
  • Foster collaboration and trust across internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing to maximize ROI from campaigns and activities, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Represent hirify.global with energy and professionalism, becoming a trusted first point of contact for prospects in the Middle East.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrable strength in English communication — both verbal and written — with Arabic considered a plus.
  • Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
  • Experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales or marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage.
