What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the regional Talent Acquisition team to support European growth.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies for strategic and high-impact roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into effective workforce plans and market expansion strategies.
  • Standardize recruitment operations, KPIs, and processes within the ATS to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Leverage data, benchmarking, and AI tools to optimize hiring performance and quality of hire.
  • Ensure full compliance with EU labor laws and internal governance standards across recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles within high-growth tech or multinational environments.
  • Proven track record in scaling teams and supporting international market expansion.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Must currently reside in Spain.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate business strategy into talent outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience implementing data-driven hiring strategies.

Nice to have

  • Additional fluency in other European languages.
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Deep understanding of European regional labor markets.
