What you will do

• Proactively source and engage passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Waalaxy.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and lead recruitment strategy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment funnel ensuring a smooth and human candidate experience.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Represent the company at job fairs and university events to build talent pipelines.
• Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain.
• Approximately 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in-house.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and solid English proficiency.
• High energy, resilience, curiosity, and passion for recruitment.
