What you will do

• Support hiring for technology roles, focusing on software engineers
• Partner with business teams to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Conduct technical screening interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interview processes and support candidates throughout their journey
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
• Use data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Remote work from Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, UAE, or UK only
• A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
