What you will do

• Supporting hiring for tech roles, focusing on Software Engineers.
• Partnering with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journey.
• Using data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes.
• Managing candidate information through our ATS.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or a related field.
• Solid organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• An interest in technology and how engineering teams work.
• Fluency in additional languages.
