What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top fitness and wellness partners to understand their business needs and drive upsells and retention
- Conduct regular outbound outreach to engage and grow accounts within your portfolio
- Use field sales tactics including travel and in-person meetings combined with inside sales touchpoints to drive partner engagement
- Focus on achieving monthly quota targets related to upsell and partner performance
Requirements
- Must be based in Paris, France with willingness to travel regionally (30-50% travel expected)
- 2+ years experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles; SaaS or marketplace experience is a plus
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, time management, and B2B negotiation skills
- Knowledge of or connections within the local fitness and wellness industry
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first international environment
