What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a 7-person B2B Sales & Account Management team with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and skill development.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells through strong collaboration between Sales and Account Management.
  • Improve retention, contract renewals, and average contract value over time.
  • Deliver annual B2B revenue growth aligned with budget, balancing new sales and renewals.
  • Refine B2B value proposition and ensure consistent messaging, pricing, and packaging across verticals.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and French.
  • 8+ years experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably in digital media, SaaS, or content platforms.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams including Business Developers and Account Managers.
  • Strong track record closing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with annual contracts, renewals, upsell strategies, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to combine hands-on senior BD execution with team leadership.
