What you will do
- Define and execute the business strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and upskill a team of 10 sales professionals to ensure performance excellence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for performance rituals, daily goal setting, and milestone tracking.
- Spend at least 2 days per week in the field alongside team members for coaching and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, operations, and product teams to drive business impact.
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, performance evaluations, and individual development roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally within the restaurant industry or SaaS sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching sales teams.
- English proficiency required.
- Exceptional command of value selling, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to structure, monitor, and execute complex deployment plans.
- Existing network in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
