What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Engage at the C-suite level to develop long-term commercial relationships and trust.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial qualification to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Collaborate with internal legal and conversion teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting documentation using internal systems.
  • Contribute to regional sales action plans and strategy development for EMEA growth.

Requirements

  • Senior-level professional with a proven track record of big-ticket sales in the financial services industry.
  • Deep expertise in capital markets, front-to-back solutions, post-trade services, and financial regulation.
  • Existing industry network within the target territories (France, Benelux, Switzerland).
  • Experience working within complex matrix organizations and international markets.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management and executive leadership.
  • Disciplined, self-starter capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
