What you will do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to understand client goals and align hirify.global solutions with their needs.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact and negotiation to closing complex deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales, and partner ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and account management with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of the enterprise software industry, including Linux infrastructure, hybrid cloud, containers, and AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to refine sales strategies and address client challenges.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language for effective stakeholder communication.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Clari.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
