What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to understand client goals and align hirify.global solutions with their needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact and negotiation to closing complex deals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales, and partner ecosystem teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and account management with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software industry, including Linux infrastructure, hybrid cloud, containers, and AI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to refine sales strategies and address client challenges.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Clari.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
