What you will do
- Create target account plans and identify key companies in Japan.
- Manage full sales funnel including inbound and outbound efforts.
- Use consultative selling to build strong client relationships and grow revenue.
- Network through in-person meetings and events, traveling up to 5% of the time.
- Engage with senior leaders and C-suite executives to secure support for large programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Japan with valid local work authorization; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese (native-level) and business-level English required.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data-driven sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in remote, fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing startups.
- Background in EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sectors.
