What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly sales growth quotas within assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships and create customer champions as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-sells through value-based presentations.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize success and growth.
  • Provide high-touch customer service including escalation and support coordination.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
  • 4+ years of high-touch B2B sales experience in security or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with decision makers and executives.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • English proficiency without resistance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with security or SaaS sales preferred.
