Focus on supporting large enterprise opportunities and demonstrating enterprise readiness across AI, architecture, integrations, and customer success.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow Tech Sales Specialists and pre-sales focused Solutions Engineers.
  • Define best practices, playbooks, and enablement material for consistent pre-sales execution.
  • Act as senior technical authority in enterprise engagements.
  • Own the technical narrative across AI, architecture, integration components, and customer environments.
  • Create repeatable assets like demo videos, one-pagers, and reference architectures.
  • Oversee tailored demo builds and support Proof of Value trials for large enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in pre-sales / solutions engineering leadership at a SaaS vendor (AI, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Engineering / Tech Sales teams.
  • Strong technical foundation across AI/ML fundamentals, cloud-native architectures, and security compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large enterprise deals and POVs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable as both a player-coach: leading a team while jumping into critical deals hands-on.
