What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-value delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end contract renewal cycle, from negotiation to closing, while aiming for escalated ARR.
  • Achieve specific sales quotas through new growth, upgrades, and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
  • Drive account strategy by identifying whitespace and presenting value-based solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements.
  • Manage complex objections and negotiations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in full sales cycle account management, specifically targeting technical audiences like IT and security professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and internal coordination.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Industry experience in Cyber Security.
