What you will do

- Ideate and script engaging campaigns while coordinating with creators and editors.

- Manage influencer communities and recruit brand squads for UGC campaigns.
- Optimize hooks, captions, and posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content experiments based on data insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing TikTok communities and accounts.
- Deep expertise in TikTok algorithms, trends, and short-form video formats.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Familiarity with paid TikTok Ads and platform technical advancements.
- Passion for the sports landscape and delivering engaging, topical content.
