What you will do

• Manage and support existing affiliate partners to ensure ongoing performance and engagement.
• Identify and attract new partners, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term relationships.
• Launch and optimize campaigns with affiliates across igaming products, monitoring key performance metrics.
• Analyze affiliate traffic and content performance, providing recommendations and running A/B tests.
• Support monthly targets for new partners and traffic, monitor financial settlements and reconciliations.
• Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activity in RU and CIS markets, suggesting growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian.
• Knowledge of CIS GEOs and market dynamics.
• Experience sourcing partners and maintaining a personal database of webmasters.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to evaluate traffic performance and ROI.
