What you will do

• Build and grow the UK influencer and creator network across YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and outreach to negotiating contracts and managing long-term relationships.
• Execute and evolve a performance-driven influencer strategy specifically tailored to the UK market.
• Establish meaningful, long-term partnerships with leading UK creators.
• Collaborate with creators and the internal creative team to deliver localised campaigns.
• Set expectations, share performance insights, and provide actionable feedback to partners to improve results.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in London or be open to relocating to London.
• Deep understanding of the UK creator ecosystem, including trends and emerging talent.
• Commercially minded and confident in negotiating partnerships that create mutual value.
