• Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaigns including budget, execution, and optimization
• Build and manage long-term creator partnerships aligned with brand voice and community values
• Drive content innovation bridging creator authenticity and paid media assets
• Define market- and title-specific creator strategies
• Track ROI and continuously improve campaign performance and scalability

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany or San Ġiljan, Malta
• Extensive experience in influencer/creator marketing, preferably in gaming or high-growth digital environments
• Proven track record of performance-driven campaign management
• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and short-form content ecosystems
• Data-literate with ability to analyze complex dashboards and post-campaign results
