What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of influencer campaigns from creator identification to final reporting.
• Conduct strategic creator research and outreach to ensure diverse and relevant recommendations.
• Administer campaign platforms, including briefs, content organization, and creator payments.
• Review creator content to ensure it meets briefing requirements and brand expectations.
• Compile data and insights for end-of-campaign reports to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with organic social and media teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Based in London or able to commute to the office for hybrid work.
• Strong familiarity and passion for the creator economy and platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive and accountable attitude with a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships.
• Ability to multitask and maintain optimism under pressure.
