Business Analyst (Oracle)

Location: Remote (Europe). Candidate must be based in Europe.

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to map financial and R2R business needs into ERP process designs.
• Define and document technical designs for system customizations, extensions, and complex third-party integrations.
• Oversee software development activities to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Develop epics, user stories, and functional design documentation to guide the development and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate integration points, support UAT, and facilitate testing cycles.
• Maintain visibility over backlog items, demand management, and technology refresh initiatives for the ERP landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, IT, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud in Finance/SCM modules.
• Proven business analysis skills including process modelling, requirements gathering, and use case documentation.
• Experience with banking file formats and related ERP integration tools.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, security, and quality risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment.

Nice to have

• Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies experience.
• Basic programming exposure.
