Location: Peterborough or London, UK with hybrid work format requiring 2 days onsite per week

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, managing job postings, candidate screening, and offers.
  • Guide hiring managers on interview techniques and collaborate on complex hiring projects.
  • Deploy diverse sourcing techniques and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes.
  • Track recruiting metrics and ensure exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Peterborough or London, UK with hybrid attendance
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in Media or Publishing industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with additional languages as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems; LinkedIn Recruiter experience advantageous.
