What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing to close for tech & commercial roles.
• Spend time mapping, outreaching, and contacting candidates, and doing the first stage screening.
• Meet with hiring managers regularly to understand priority roles, desired competencies, team culture, and key success factors.
• Partner directly with leadership & hiring managers to shape role specs and align on success profiles.
• Measure and track all aspects of the recruiting funnel to effectively report to the hiring teams.
• Build process and implement best practices to hire top talent into engineering and product roles.

• Experience in a start-up, high-growth environment with a high talent bar.
• Proactive with consistency in talent acquisition.
• Track record of exceptional performance in work, academics, or sports.
• Data-centric approach using key talent acquisition metrics to measure hiring performance.
