What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles, primarily focused on the UK but also supporting global offices.
• Work autonomously across multiple hiring projects.
• Help create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process.
• Participate in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale-up or large tech company.
• Experience managing cross-border and cross-cultural hiring.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
