What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and foster growth within a distributed team of TA Managers and Executive Recruiters.
- Design and execute the global go-to-market talent strategy, balancing quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Develop and elevate the global employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes and technology enablement to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience scaling talent functions in high-growth, product-led, or tech-enabled environments.
- Strong influencing and communication skills for working with senior executive stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in managing hiring across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
- Must be based in London or able to work in the Old Street office 3 days per week.
- Demonstrated success in building data-informed hiring strategies.
- Experience in coaching and empowering managers and senior recruitment teams.
