Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Medtech): Leading the strategic direction and operational delivery of the global recruitment function with an accent on scaling high-growth, product-led teams across international markets. Focus on building scalable hiring strategies, elevating the employer brand, and leading a distributed team to support the company's expansion into new global territories.
Location: Hybrid setup, must be based in or able to commute to the London office (Old Street) 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing distributed global talent acquisition team.
- Develop and implement scalable, data-informed hiring strategies across multiple regions and functions.
- Partner with the VP of Talent and executive leadership to align talent strategy with global business growth.
- Design and execute a global go-to-market plan for talent, including employer branding and proactive pipeline development.
- Own and optimize the global tech stack for talent acquisition to ensure efficient, data-driven hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the broader People Leadership Team to drive cross-functional efficiencies and organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a talent leader in scaling high-growth, product-led, or tech-enabled organizations.
- Strong experience leading and developing managers and senior recruiters with a focus on coaching.
- Expertise in hiring across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
- Ability to partner confidently with senior and executive stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with a data-informed, commercial mindset.
- Must be able to work on-site in the London office 3 days per week.
