Location: Based across the UK, specifically in London, United Kingdom. This is a 12-month placement running from July 2026 to July 2027, and you must be available for the whole duration.

What you will do

• Support recruitment operations, including improving candidate attraction through job adverts and descriptions.
• Manage the SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring accurate job adverts and candidate records.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey and prepare candidate packs for interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to draft job briefs and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding via job postings, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
• Support key recruitment projects like DEI sourcing strategy and onboarding enhancements.

Requirements

• Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship as part of your studies or within two years of completing your degree.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the programme (July 2026 to July 2027).
• Keen interest in HR and its daily operations.
• Ability to build, develop, and maintain good working relationships.
• Super organised with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Any experience with an ATS.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to create stories from data.
