What you will do

  • Support improving candidate attraction through job adverts, job descriptions, and interview processes.
  • Manage SmartRecruiters (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely job adverts, candidate records, and status updates.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate journey and ensure timely, inclusive, and on-brand communications.
  • Draft compelling, inclusive job briefs with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment process steps.
  • Contribute to the employer brand through job postings, social media content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in hirify.global’s intern development program to gain skills in communication, self-leadership, and commercial thinking.

Requirements

  • Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship or within 2 years of completing your degree.
  • A keen interest in HR and the day-to-day operations of an HR function.
  • Super organised with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Data-driven – the ability to take data and create a story with it.
