What you will do

• Partner with AMER sales Account Managers to understand and address customer business goals and requirements
• Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global's product offerings and technical capabilities
• Lead consultative engagements to articulate value of hirify.global’s global employment solutions
• Build trusted advisor relationships acting as a strategic partner in global workforce transformation
• Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates through consultative excellence
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure seamless buyer experience and solution implementation

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (C1+)
• Priority for candidates located in or aligned with AMER timezone
• Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions, global payroll, HRIS, contractor management, or Employer of Record platforms
• Proven experience in solution consulting or consulting with strong sales acumen
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies
• Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments
