What you will do
- Partner with AMER sales Account Managers to understand and address customer business goals and requirements
- Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global's product offerings and technical capabilities
- Lead consultative engagements to articulate value of hirify.global’s global employment solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships acting as a strategic partner in global workforce transformation
- Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates through consultative excellence
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure seamless buyer experience and solution implementation
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (C1+)
- Priority for candidates located in or aligned with AMER timezone
- Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions, global payroll, HRIS, contractor management, or Employer of Record platforms
- Proven experience in solution consulting or consulting with strong sales acumen
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments
