What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to generate qualified pipeline for North American sales efforts.
- Recruit and train SDRs on sales methodologies, product value, and effective prospecting.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
- Define, manage, and optimize key performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Work with marketing to refine messaging and improve inbound lead conversion.
- Drive a team culture rooted in transparency, diversity, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be able to work hybrid in the Nashville, TN office.
- 4+ years of individual contributor experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading sales development or outbound sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth goals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to drive decisions based on data.
