TL;DR

Director, Solutions Consulting: Leading and scaling Solutions Consulting teams across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments to secure new customers and expand the existing customer base. Focus on developing data-driven processes, partnering with sales leadership, and shaping product improvements.

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $228,000 - $308,000 USD (San Francisco or New York hub offices)

What you will do

  • Build, develop, and inspire Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating data-driven processes.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
  • Analyze and manage the performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics.
  • Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and POCs/trials.
  • Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvements using customer feedback and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
  • 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insights.
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
  • Strong understanding of our technical and competitive landscape.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework.
  • Prior experience managing managers.
  • Prior hirify.global, design or development experience.
