What you will do
- Build, develop, and inspire Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating data-driven processes.
- Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
- Analyze and manage the performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics.
- Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and POCs/trials.
- Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvements using customer feedback and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
- 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
- Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insights.
- Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
- Strong understanding of our technical and competitive landscape.

- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework.
- Prior experience managing managers.
