What you will do

• Lead portfolio and product-level strategy development for the Academic and Government segment.
• Partner with the Product Leadership Team to align product roadmaps with broader strategic goals.
• Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify unmet needs, threats, and M&A opportunities.
• Manage high-impact strategic projects including growth assessments and partnership evaluations.
• Build and influence strong relationships with senior leadership across global, matrixed teams.
• Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA/MSc/PhD) in a relevant business or scientific field.
• Director or Engagement Manager-level experience in strategy consulting or in-house corporate development.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous strategic problems and synthesize insights.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on linking strategy to revenue growth.
• Credibility operating with senior leadership in a complex, matrixed global environment.
• Excellent storytelling and executive-level influence skills.
