What you will do

• Lead end-to-end contract management activities, including post-award contract governance and variation management.
• Act as the commercial point of contact for internal stakeholders across various departments, ensuring aligned execution of contractual obligations.
• Identify, assess, and manage commercial and contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed and approved in accordance with requirements.
• Deliver contractually required reporting and maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Monitor supplier and customer performance against contractual obligations, driving compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or contract management, ideally within a technology, defence, or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial frameworks.
• Confident negotiator with experience managing complex multi-party agreements.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk awareness with pragmatic business delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
