Location: Hybrid work environment with expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney to be in office minimum twice per week
Salary: CAD 60,800–91,400 plus commission CAD 49,800–74,600

What you will do
- Upsell and cross-sell hirify.global’s full suite of SaaS and AI-powered legal solutions
- Convert qualified opportunities via telephone, email, and product demonstrations
- Use Salesforce to manage leads, appointments, and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Support, Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers
- Forecast sales, negotiate deals, and close contracts
- Develop business cases and prospect within existing customer accounts
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of sales experience including deal closing
- Minimum 1 year experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Strong knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products
- Experience running demos and cold calling skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar tools is a plus
