TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI & Machine Learning): Identifying and engaging new enterprise customers, focusing on showcasing hirify.global’s cutting-edge AI data solutions. Focus on owning the full AI sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Location: Must be based in the United States, with willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagements.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD/year + a competitive and achievable commission plan!

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects across a defined territory or vertical.
  • Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching new buyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services.
  • Own the full AI sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Present hirify.global’s AI solutions in a compelling and consultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning, tailoring outreach and opening doors with relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience selling AI/ML services or data-centric technology solutions.
  • Ability to communicate business-outcome differentiated value that solves customer pain points.
  • A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high-level decision makers.
  • Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leading multi-stakeholder sales conversations.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance.
