What you will do
- Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects across a defined territory or vertical.
- Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching new buyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services.
- Own the full AI sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Present hirify.global’s AI solutions in a compelling and consultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning, tailoring outreach and opening doors with relevance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience selling AI/ML services or data-centric technology solutions.
- Ability to communicate business-outcome differentiated value that solves customer pain points.
- A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high-level decision makers.
- Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leading multi-stakeholder sales conversations.
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance.
