What you will do
- Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and BANT criteria.
- Engage in proactive outreach activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of hirify.global technology to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Record and manage prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor outreach efforts, align on target markets, and coordinate on the strategic approach to new business acquisition.
- Oversee and sustain outbound efforts across multiple states within the designated region, adapting tactics to strategic business and regional considerations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with proven track record in BDR or Inside Sales within IT Industry.
- Demonstrated success in a Hunter role with proven track record in Outbound Prospecting.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI/ Co-pilot to drive real business outcomes.
- Proven track record cultivating collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Channel Ecosystem.
- Motivation and a detail–orientated approach to your work to ensure every follow-up is consistently executed at the highest standard.
- Passion for sales and building relationships that put the customer or prospect first.
