TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales pipeline and revenue growth for the hirify.global platform with an accent on outbound prospecting, full-cycle negotiation, and enterprise customer acquisition. Focus on building meaningful relationships, improving sales processes at scale, and positioning AI-native solutions to prospective users.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC and ON provinces only). Candidates must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. This role requires in-person onboarding in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $136,000–$160,000 (USD) for US; $157,000–$185,000 (CAD) for Canada (OTE ranges).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to contract close.
  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and position value-based solutions to key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Engineers, Legal, and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Negotiate annual software contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide proactive feedback to refine and scale existing sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales and closing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales pipelines including lead qualification and outbound outreach.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the United States or Canada.
  • Must reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, and ambiguous remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or interest in web design and development workflows.
  • Experience building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
  • Experience in iterative testing and process tracking within sales environments.
