Salary: $136,000–$160,000 (USD) for US; $157,000–$185,000 (CAD) for Canada (OTE ranges).

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to contract close.
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and position value-based solutions to key enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Engineers, Legal, and Sales Development Representatives.
- Negotiate annual software contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide proactive feedback to refine and scale existing sales processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales and closing experience.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales pipelines including lead qualification and outbound outreach.
- Must have valid work authorization for the United States or Canada.
- Must reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, and ambiguous remote environment.

- Knowledge or interest in web design and development workflows.
- Experience building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
- Experience in iterative testing and process tracking within sales environments.
