What you will do

• Manage end-to-end creative execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring offers are optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategy, Media, and Creative teams to ensure alignment.
• Utilize cultural trends, consumer insights, and media data to inform creative strategies.
• Develop clear, data-backed creative briefs for internal teams.
• Monitor and synthesize creative performance, identifying successful assets and optimization opportunities.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and generative tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in media buying, creative strategy, or a related performance marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative best practices, and measurement tools.
• Ability to drive measurable results; experience in a subscription-based model is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving, with experience using data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fluid, evolving environment.

• Interest or experience in using Generative AI tools to enhance workflows is a plus.
