TL;DR

Manager, Performance Marketing (SaaS): Owning the paid acquisition engine end-to-end, from strategy and execution to budget and measurement. Focus on building and scaling an efficient paid program across both PLG and sales-led motions. Focus on driving full-funnel optimization from impression to activation, collaborating with Web, Product, and CRO to improve landing pages and sign-up flows.

Location: Hybrid work environment with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto. Remote is possible via the ‘90 Day Shift’ program.

Salary: CAD $108,000 - CAD $162,000

What you will do

  • Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers by setting clear KPIs and establishing accountability.
  • Build and manage a rigorous testing framework across creative, copy, audience, and landing pages.
  • Oversee attribution modeling and conversion tracking end-to-end, partnering with Data and Engineering to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Drive full-funnel optimization from impression to activation, collaborating with Web, Product, and CRO to improve landing pages and sign-up flows.
  • Partner with Content and Brand to brief, review, and refine ad creative through a performance lens.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proven leader with a track record of developing teams while maintaining hands-on technical credibility.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong command of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy and smart bidding.
  • Data-driven mindset: fluent in ROAS, LTV:CAC, CAC payback, and MQL-to-SQL rates.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a PLG/SLG hybrid model.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative testing or ad copy generation tools.
  • Background in programmatic display, CTV, or offline-to-online attribution in a SaaS context.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or building and analyzing marketing data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or the foodservice industry.
