What you will do
- Build, optimize, and manage large-scale paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Execute complex campaign setups, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and testing calendars.
- Implement and validate tracking using pixels, conversion APIs, and tag management systems.
- Produce comprehensive performance reports and translate data into optimization recommendations for brand partners.
- Collaborate with internal strategy leadership to align media planning with enterprise growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client communications and performance updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search or Paid Social campaigns with 7-figure budgets.
- Expertise in enterprise platforms like Search Ads 360, Skai, or similar bidding tools.
- Hands-on experience with campaign tagging, attribution frameworks, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear strategic narratives.
- Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA.
- Strong communication skills and experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in E-commerce or Retail Media.
- Proficiency with GA4 and SQL for data analysis.
- Background in working with startup or digital advertising environments.
