TL;DR

Senior Creative Strategist (Marketing): Driving strategic storytelling and branded content development for hirify.global StoryWorks across the Americas with an accent on campaign ideation, client pitch development, and post-sale creative leadership. Focus on building innovative, audience-led campaigns across video, audio, and social formats while ensuring editorial consistency and platform-first engagement.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from New York (Hybrid, 2 days/week in-office)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000

What you will do

  • Lead creative ideation for branded content programs aligning with editorial voice and advertiser objectives.
  • Develop and present standout pitch decks for RFPs and proactive campaigns leveraging audience insights.
  • Act as the creative lead during post-sale execution, coordinating with producers and project managers.
  • Design platform-first content strategies for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with global teams in London, APAC, and EMEA to refine creative standards and resources.
  • Support junior team members through feedback and storytelling frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in branded content, creative strategy, or content marketing.
  • Fluency in digital media landscapes, ad sales processes, and brand KPIs.
  • Strong editorial sensibility with experience navigating compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Background or education in marketing, journalism, or creative writing.
  • Experience working in or adjacent to a news environment.
