What you will do
- Own tracking and management of performance marketing creative campaigns and initiatives across multiple product pods.
- Manage timelines and prioritize launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns based on impact and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, pod leads, regional growth, and design teams to ensure clear and actionable briefs.
- Perform creative quality assurance, providing feedback on messaging clarity, visual hierarchy, and performance readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and improve visibility across campaign initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in United States or Canada for this fully remote role.
- Strong project management experience in fast-paced marketing or growth teams.
- Experience with performance marketing channels such as paid social, search, and display.
- Deep understanding of creative production workflows and ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
- Highly organized, proactive, and strong communicator able to align multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize project workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience working closely with designers and in creative production.
- Familiarity with crypto or fintech industries.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and high-growth environments.
