What you will do

• Lead and execute the commercial strategy and activation within hirify.global UK.
• Drive deeper partnerships across retail, traditional media, data and tech, and growth markets.
• Identify new opportunities for hirify.global and its clients.
• Drive client growth through new business and client retention.
• Shape how hirify.global delivers integrated value to clients and partners.
• Work with executive leadership, global product teams, regional commercial leads, and agency brand heads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial experience in Media, with proof points in Commercial Strategy and leadership.
• Extensive media trading experience across multiple disciplines.
• Superior understanding of Digital Media, both from a media and technical perspective.
• Strong relationships with senior personnel at major publishers, platforms, and aggregators operating in the UK.
• An entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to recognize and develop new business strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
