What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring service excellence and campaign success.
- Design and traffic unique advertising strategies using the proprietary DSP platform.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide strategic optimizations and meet client KPIs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and service upselling.
- Lead client meetings, including presentations, training sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational tools, reporting, and campaign processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, including work with DSPs or Ad Networks.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving retention goals.
- Deep familiarity with digital advertising trends and campaign execution via platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and advise clients on strategy.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and uncovering growth opportunities.
