What you will do
- Lead and nurture a global SDR team, driving quota achievement.
- Develop up- and cross-selling techniques.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Effectively analyse and report on trends, areas of opportunity or improvement, and use this data to drive further team activity.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilisation of new technology and web resources.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Hold a passion for the future of technology and understand hirify.global’s product.
- Have experience working within a B2B SaaS company.
- An understanding of procurement, SCM or SRM is a plus.
- Are proficient with various sales tools, such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
- Have strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
