What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving long-term revenue and margin growth.
  • Lead strategic commercial opportunities from qualification to contract signature, exceeding annual targets.
  • Develop solution-led sales of NEP Connect services, including managed services, media connectivity, cloud, IP, and hybrid workflows.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, proposals, and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Develop and own strategic account and major deal plans, including pipeline development, risk management, and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to support delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic and commercial leadership capability to lead senior customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills across pricing, commercial models, legal terms, and solution design.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or major deals role.
  • All applicants must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.
