Senior Account Manager: Driving the growth of managed services connectivity and media solutions by identifying, developing, and closing large, complex, and strategic customer opportunities with an accent on understanding customer challenges and shaping scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Focus on delivering sustainable, profitable growth, strong customer partnerships, and expanding NEP Connect's strategic footprint.

Location: Onsite in Milton Keynes, UK. All applicants must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving long-term revenue and margin growth.
  • Lead large, complex, and strategic commercial opportunities from qualification to contract signature.
  • Develop and deliver solution-led sales of NEP Connect services using market knowledge.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and own strategic account and major deal plans, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Collaborate across hirify.global businesses and global teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior account management, strategic sales, or major deals roles.
  • Track record of winning and closing large, complex, solution-led opportunities (typically 3–18 month sales cycles).
  • Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, business cases, and risk management.
  • Experience negotiating non-standard contractual terms and bespoke solution designs.
  • Familiarity with the media, broadcast, and live production sectors, including IP, cloud, and remote delivery models.
  • Typically 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or major deals role.
  • All applicants must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.
