What you will do

• Develop and monitor strategic sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead and inspire a distributed sales team to gain new market share.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and stretch targets.
• Generate leads through multiple channels and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Manchester, UK with hybrid work model.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of software sales experience and 3+ years leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking skills, and willingness to accept risk.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
