TL;DR

Sales Training & Enablement Specialist: Delivering and managing sales enablement programs and training to improve seller effectiveness and productivity with an accent on evaluating training needs and developing effective tools and content. Focus on onboarding new commercial team members and enhancing Belden’s Solution Selling capability.

Location: Chicago, IL, US, 60631

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives.

What you will do

  • Identify sales skills gaps and create training initiatives.
  • Develop enablement resources for the commercial teams.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions including product training, skills workshops, and sales process coaching.
  • Manage program logistics, communications, and participation tracking.
  • Align enablement programs with sales strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for new sales hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful sales onboarding programs.
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development functions focused on Sales.
  • 2+ years of Experience in Sales Enablement tools (Highspot preferred) and learning management systems.
