What you will do

  • Establish viable opportunities through probing and solution-based questioning.
  • Engage directly with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate and score lead quality based on defined criteria, including the MEDICC framework.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders within prospective customer accounts.
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies based on CRM performance data.
  • Schedule and hand off sales-qualified opportunities to internal sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead generation role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English at a business standard.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort in phone-based interaction.
